अग्निपथ योजना क्या है? अग्निवीर कौन बनेंगे?
भारत सरकार की यह अब तक की सबसे महत्वाकांक्षी योजना है जिसमें 4 साल के लिए युवाओं को देश के तीनों सेनाओं में नौकरी करने का मौका मिलेगा। यानी जल सेना, थल सेना और वायु सेना में 17.5 साल से 21 साल के युवाओं को नौकरी का मौका मिलेगा। अलग-अलग श्रेणियों में 10वीं-12वीं पास युवाओं को मौका मिलेगा। वहीं, थल सेना में केवल युवकों की भर्ती होगी, जबकि वायुसेना व नौसेना में महिलाओं की भी नियुक्ति होगी।
योजना के तहत अग्निवीरों की भर्ती के लिए अगले 90 दिनों में 46 हजार भर्तियां निकाली जाएंगी। इनमें थल सेना में करीब 40 हजार, एयरफोर्स में 3,500 और नेवी में 2,500 भर्तियां होंगी।

भर्ती व आवेदन प्रक्रिया
– भर्ती के लिए एनरोलमेंट का एक ऑनलाइन सेंट्रलाइज्ड सिस्टम विकसित किया जाएगा।
– भर्तियों की जानकारी इन वेबसाइट्स से मिलेगी- joinindianarmy.nic.in, joinindiannavy.gov.in, Careerindianairforce.cdac.in
– भर्ती रैलियों व मान्यता प्राप्त टेक्निकल इंस्टीट्यूट्स से कैंपस इंटरव्यू के लिए जरिए भी भर्तियां होंगी।
कहां, कितने पद
– इस योजना के तहत अग्निवीरों की भर्ती के लिए अगले 90 दिनों में 46 हजार भर्तियां निकाली जाएंगी।
– इनमें थल सेना में करीब 40 हजार, एयरफोर्स में 3,500 और नेवी में 2,500 भर्तियां होंगी।
कितना होगा वेतन
– पहले साल 30 हजार, दूसरे साल 33 हजार, तीसरे साल 36.5 हजार व चौथे साल 40 हजार रुपये मासिक वेतन होगा।
-सेवानिधि पैकेज के लिए वेतन से 30% राशि कटेगी। फंड में इतनी ही राशि सरकार भी डालेगी। अत: पहले साल 21 हजार वेतन मिलेगा।
4 साल बाद क्या मिलेगा?
– अग्निवीरों को पेंशन नहीं, बल्कि 11.71 लाख रुपये की सेवा निधि पैकेज दिया जाएगा। इस पर कोई टैक्स नहीं लगेगा।
– इसके अलावा उनको मिले कौशल प्रमाणपत्र के जरिये उन्हें दूसरी नौकरी शुरू करने में मदद की जाएगी।
