Excessive screen time is linked to obesity, psychological problems and acceleration of aging

a study has identified this new problem that blue light actually speeds up the aging process.

This study suggests that avoidance of excessive blue light exposure may be a good anti-aging strategy.

study also finds that blue light from mobile, tv alter essential chemicals that help cells to function.

Aging occurs when cells stop repairing and producing new healthy cells and this effects full body.

Blue light comes from the sun, TVs, computers, laptops, smartphones, LED lighting etc, so it's difficult to avoid these. 

But we can do one thing and this is to reduce the screen time i.e. to use mobile for less time

In future, researchers hope to study the effects directly on human cells and that would be give right indication.
