This time two Indiana borrowers asked the Supreme Court to stop this plan
They said in their application that their administration is forcing them to pay higher state taxes.
Their lawyer said in Supreme court, “The administration is attempting to erase half a trillion dollars in debt without any legal basis,”
Biden's plan is already facing more than 6 lawsuits in different courts
This forgiveness plan will give relief up to $20,000 for certain borrowers earning less than $125,000 per year and $250,000 for spouses.
